From July 22 to 24, 2025, employees of the "Sairam" and "Yerlik" museum departments of the Shymkent City Museum Association visited the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Military Historical Museum of the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of a professional exchange program.
During the trip, participants explored the structural organization of museum operations, including research, conservation, exhibition planning, and guided tour services. They also gained hands-on experience with modern museum practices and innovative presentation formats.
This visit marked an important step toward professional development, advancing museum practices in line with contemporary standards, and fostering inter-institutional cooperation.
